Bumps MIDGE_VERSION 0.1 -> 0.2 and MIDGE_VERSION_DATE, and the matching Version: field in midge.readme, per CLAUDE.md's release process. Headline change since v0.1: TLS via AmiSSL (mco_TLS/mco_TLSInsecure/ mco_CAFile, TLS/TLSINSECURE/CAFILE on the Amiga tools, -s/-S/-c on the host tools), verified end-to-end against real AmiSSL under Copperline, plus the pre-release review pass that fixed a dist-time AmiSSL guard and a TLS handshake hang. Verified: scripts/verify-version.sh v0.2 passes; a full `make dist` rehearsal built cleanly with the bumped $VER strings embedded (mqtt_pub/mqtt_sub/-static and mqtt.library); make test still 249/249.
